1. Who operates this service
EnglishGo.AI is an independent digital learning service operated by an individual seller. Privacy questions may be sent to service@englishgo.ai.

2. Information we process
- Account information such as email address, account ID, verification status, and sign-in method.
- Profile information such as nickname, avatar, language, and public-visibility choices.
- Learning information such as final completion records, progress summaries, scores, and ranking settings. We do not intentionally store every click, each wrong answer, or every recording as a permanent learning record.
- Membership information such as access status, start and end dates, and the source of an entitlement.
- Support messages and limited technical or security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Public learning profile
The learning ranking and learning card may be public by default, as clearly stated in the account interface. You can turn off ranking and learning-card visibility in your account. Public views do not include your email address, login credentials, payment information, raw answers, or recordings.

4. Payments and service providers
PayPro Global processes online payment details when checkout is enabled. EnglishGo.AI stores the transaction identifier, account-linked purchase reference, promotion choice, amount, currency, payment and refund status, membership delivery dates, and verification history to deliver membership and resolve payment enquiries. We do not store complete card numbers, card security codes, or PayPro Global passwords. We also use infrastructure, email, speech-processing, storage, and security providers where needed to deliver the service.

在线购买启用后，付款资料由 PayPro Global 处理。EnglishGo.AI 保存交易编号、与账户关联的购买编号、推广码选择、金额、币种、收款与退款状态、会员交付期限及核验历史，用于开通会员和处理付款问题。我们不保存完整卡号、银行卡安全码或 PayPro Global 密码。我们也会按提供服务所需使用基础设施、邮件、语音处理、存储和安全服务商。
5. Why and how long we use information
We use information to create accounts, provide learning and membership access, save progress, prevent abuse, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, dispute and transaction records, security, or applicable law.

6. Your choices and requests
You can change public-learning settings in your account. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after account closure.

7. Anonymous usage counts and speech allowance
Usage statistics accumulate daily counts by page, source, event and interface language. They do not use a persistent browser identifier, associate visits with an account, or track individual return visits. No email, recording, complete referral URL or visitor ID is stored in these counts. Aggregates are retained for up to 90 days. Counts describe events, not unique people or verified accounts. Browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not send these statistics. Historical statistics collected under the previous permission-based design retain their original meaning until their retention period expires.
Free speech allowance is shared across devices and recording activities and resets at midnight in Asia/Shanghai (UTC+08:00). The server validates recording length, rounds each successful submission up to whole seconds, and retains request IDs and recognition responses for up to two days to prevent duplicate charges. We do not retain these audio files as permanent learning records. Speech is processed by our speech provider when you submit a recording. Existing valid speech entitlements are retained during this beta.
7. 匿名使用统计和语音额度
使用统计只按日期、页面、来源、事件和界面语言累加数量，不使用持续识别浏览器的编号，不关联个人账号，不追踪个人再次访问。统计不保存邮箱、录音、完整来源网址或访客编号，汇总最多保留九十天。数字代表事件数量，不代表独立人数或已核实账号；浏览器设置“不跟踪”或全局隐私控制时不发送统计。之前经用户允许记录的历史统计保留原有含义，按原保留期限到期清理。
免费语音额度在设备和录音功能之间共用，按北京时间零点恢复。服务器检查实际录音长度，每次成功提交向上取整到整秒，最多保存两天的请求编号及识别结果，以防重复扣量；录音不作为永久学习记录保存。提交录音时由语音服务商处理。公测期间保留已有有效语音权益。
