Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Online membership
EnglishGo.AI sells monthly and annual membership, with payments processed by PayPro Global when online checkout is enabled. Refund requests are reviewed manually. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights or rights available through your payment provider.

EnglishGo.AI 销售月度和年度会员，在线购买启用后通过 PayPro Global 处理付款。退款申请由人工审核处理。本页面不限制依法不得放弃的消费者权利或付款服务提供商赋予您的权利。
2. Renewal
The current monthly and annual purchases do not create automatic renewal charges. No cancellation action is required to stop another charge. Your purchased access remains until its expiry. Review your records in your account. If a platform receipt shows an unexpected subscription, contact support before making another purchase.
2. 续期
当前月度和年度购买不会创建自动续费扣款，无需另行取消才能阻止下一次扣款。已购时间保留至到期。可在账号页查看记录。如果平台收据出现非预期订阅，请先联系客服再购买。
3. Requesting a refund
Contact service@englishgo.ai with your EnglishGo account email, transaction number, and request. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We review the request and confirm the amount and membership adjustment with you before processing an approved refund against the original PayPro Global transaction. A refunded purchase may lose the access granted by that transaction; your account and learning records remain. The treatment of remaining gift time will be confirmed with you; other independently purchased access is preserved. The applicable refund eligibility and any mandatory rights are determined by the terms shown for your purchase.
3. 申请退款
请联系 service@englishgo.ai，提供 EnglishGo 注册邮箱、交易编号及申请内容，不要发送卡号或密码。我们会人工审核，与您确认退款金额和会员权益处理方式，再通过 PayPro Global 原交易办理获批退款。对应购买的权益可能收回，账号和学习记录仍保留；剩余赠送时间会与您确认处理，其他独立购买的权益保留。退款条件和依法不得放弃的权利以本笔购买所示条件为准。
4. Membership codes
Membership codes are prepaid, single-use products sold directly or by authorised sellers. Before redemption, purchase-support requests should normally be directed to the seller shown on the order. After redemption, codes cannot be reused or transferred. Refunds remain subject to the seller’s stated terms, defects, fraud review, and mandatory consumer law. A revoked or refunded code may cause only the membership time created by that code to be removed.
4. 会员兑换码
会员兑换码是由 EnglishGo.AI 或授权销售方销售的一次性预付产品。兑换前的订单问题通常应联系订单所示销售方；兑换后不能重复使用或转让。退款仍受销售方公示规则、产品缺陷、欺诈审核和强制消费者法律约束。兑换码被退款或作废时，只能撤销该兑换码产生的会员时间。
